OVERVIEW

Adam’s Healthcare provides non-regulated support services locally across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, alongside nurse-led healthcare consultancy, assessments, and recruitment support across the UK.

While the service offering was strong, there was no existing digital platform to clearly communicate the breadth of services or build trust with two very different audiences — individuals seeking support and care providers requiring consultancy.

Sociova Studios was brought in to design and build a website from the ground up — creating a structured, professional platform that could support both service clarity and lead generation.

Key challenges to solve

Before design began, it was clear the project required more than just visual execution — it needed structure, positioning, and clarity.

Two distinct audiences, one experience

The business serves both individuals and care providers, each with completely different needs, expectations, and decision-making processes — yet both needed to be supported within a single website.

Complex, unclear services

From companionship services to clinical assessments and consultancy packages, the offering risked overwhelming users without a clear hierarchy or flow.

Lack of trust signals online

As a healthcare provider, credibility is critical. Without a strong digital presence, there was no immediate way to communicate professionalism, expertise, or reliability.

No clear conversion journey

Key actions such as booking consultations, requesting assessments and making enquiries are needed to be clearly surfaced and strategically positioned throughout the experience.

We identified two primary audiences and mapped their intent on arrival:

  • Individuals & families → seeking reassurance, clarity, and accessible support

  • Care providers → seeking expertise, compliance support, and fast, reliable solution

Designing for two user mindsets

This insight informed the core structure: clear segmentation, fast access to relevant services, and minimal friction to enquiry.

From concept to launch

Given the compressed timeline, we ran a structured sprint, overlapping phases where possible without sacrificing the rigour each stage deserved.
